Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation
The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation is a Victorian statutory authority whose objectives, functions and powers are detailed in the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation Act 2011.
The foundation is responsible to the Minister for Consumer Affairs, Gaming and Liquor Regulation, the Hon. Marlene Kairouz.

The foundation is governed by a board established by s 8(1) of the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation Act 2011. The board is responsible for providing strategic direction to the foundation and ensuring that the foundation achieves its objectives and carries out its functions.
The Risk, Audit and Finance Committee provides advice and assistance to the the board so that it can fulfil of its responsibilities relating to the effectiveness of the corporate governance framework including risk and financial management, operational control practices, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies
The foundation is led by Acting chief executive officer Craig Swift and supported by a senior leadership team and a staff of around 50 spread across the functions of treatment services, public health and prevention, community awareness, research and corporate support. Our employment principles are consistent with those outlined in the Public Administration Act 2004.
