People who develop gambling problems can often be experiencing other issues such as substance abuse, mental illness or family and relationship difficulties.
Through our Portfolio Services program, we provide funds to Gambler’s Help agencies to help them build linkages and provide services to people with these co-occuring problems.
Dedicated portfolio worker positions are funded within each region to develop relationships with other health service providers and better respond to the needs of clients with these issues.
