The Foundation funds the Multicultural Gambler’s Help Program, delivered by the Centre for Ethnicity and Health’s (CEH) to help us reach people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
The CEH works with the Gambler’s Help sector and community organisations to:
- build knowledge about problem gambling in CALD communities
- develop and implement inclusive and tailored early intervention and prevention strategies
- improve access to problem gambling services
- enhance organisational responsiveness to gambling related issues in CALD communities.
Services are delivered by CEH through research and consultation, workforce development and training, partnership projects and resource development and dissemination.
