Feedback Informed Treatment is about establishing an effective relationship between counsellor and client. By encouraging and facilitating ongoing feedback, Bill Robinson discusses how a counsellor can make their clients feel heard, understood and respected. 

Feedback Informed Treatment also provides clients with the opportunity to help shape their therapy and can improve the overall effectiveness of the therapy.
