About our help services

Our counselling services have been updated to respond to the changing gambling environment with increasing accessibility and flexibility for clients at the centre of the changes.

The changes are a response to a major review (PDF - 3642.2 KB) of our service model by KPMG in 2013 which recommended:

  • greater integration between services
  • greater integration between health and services sector
  • systematic approach to meeting client needs
  • improved funding model
  • greater support for clinical practice
  • improved culturally appropriate services
